When you have a tight budget but expect top quality, vehicle shopping might prove to be a bit trying. That’s what Kaylie found out when she was looking for a new vehicle for her daily four-hour commute. With a budget of $20,000 and the desire to find something that will allow her to relax and enjoy her commute, she took a test drive in the 2017 Kia Forte.
