2016 Kia Forte Earns Five-Star Overall Safety Rating From NHTSA

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has presented the 2016 Kia Forte with their highest possible overall safety rating of five-stars. This vehicle earned four stars in the front crash test and rollover crash test, and five stars in the side crash test to earn the five-star overall score.

Standard safety features on the 2016 Kia Forte include Electronic Stability Control, Electronic Brake-Force Distribution, Dual Front Advanced Airbags, Dual Front Seat-Mounted Side Airbags,Front and Rear Crumple Zones, Traction Control System, Full-Length Side Curtain Airbags, LATCH System, Brake Assist System, Vehicle Stability Management, Hill Start Assist Control, Side-Impact Door Beams, ABS, Tire-Pressure Monitoring System, Internal Emergency Trunk Release, and Rear Child-Safety Door Locks.
