  • Get enough sleep. Working long hours, shopping for extended periods of time, and attending holiday parties will wear your body down so it’s crucial to get enough sleep all winter long. Plus, it’ll help reduce your stress levels. 
  • Keep that plate healthy. Eating healthy will help keep you healthy, after all, you are what you eat. We know you want to indulge in those sweet treats and we say do it. But also be sure to have a balanced diet with nutritious foods! 
  • Keep things clean. Regardless of if you’re in the office, at the mall or at home, stay on top of washing your hands. This is the easiest way for germs to spread, so scrub up every once in a while and keep hand sanitizer on you! 
  • Keep things moving. It’s easy to lose track of time especially when you’re working but we want to advise you to keep things moving and take a brisk walk every so often to keep things moving. This has many positive health benefits.
